We sell freshly prepared baked goods. Due to the handmade nature of our products:

Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame. While we take care in preparation, our kitchen handles allergens and we cannot guarantee that any product is completely allergen-free.

Shelf Life

Baked goods are perishable and intended for consumption within the timeframe advised on the product description or packaging.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once payment has been received and we have confirmed acceptance.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom cakes and made-to-order baked goods:

  • Are prepared specifically for you

  • Cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged once production has begun, except where required by law

Please check all details carefully (including dates, sizes, flavours, spelling on cakes, and delivery/collection details) before submitting your order.

Your rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are not affected by this policy.

All returns and refunds are subject to our Refund Policy [LINK].

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout. You agree to provide valid payment details and authorise us to charge the full amount at the time of ordering.

Delivery and collection times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

For local delivery or collection orders:

  • Risk passes to you once the order has been collected or delivered to the address provided.
