Where can I find allergy information?
All allergen information will be provided with your order in accordance with Natasha’s Law. Please note that our kitchen handles all allergens, and while we take care in our processes, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from specific ingredients.
Help I need to change my order?
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made. All sales are final, and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Where are you located?
You can of course order on this website for delivery to your home or work, but if you want to see us in person you can visit us in Bournemouth at our shop- 83 Coombe Avenue, BH10 5AB. You can also pay attention to our social media to find out about pop ups and temporary events.
How long do items take to arrive?
All orders are sent using a next working day courier service currently via Royal Mail.
Orders dispatched Tuesday to Friday are expected to arrive the next day, however delivery times are not guaranteed.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims for next-day delivery (Monday-Saturday) with end-to-end tracking and photo-on-delivery, but it's an aim, not guaranteed like Special Delivery; delivery can sometimes take up to two working days
I have a problem with my order?
If you have a problem with you order please contact us (within 24 hours of your delivery arriving) at twinstemptations@hotmail.co.uk
I don’t need my order anymore what should I do?
Unfortunately sales are final and your order will be shipped to the address processed, there are no refunds or returns on perishable items.
