Shipping policy

Dispatch Days

Orders are dispatched  Tuesday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and any other dates where we have announced a closure.

Orders placed before 11:30am on a working day will usually be dispatched the same day unless ordered for a specific occasion such as Mothers day, valentines day, Fathers day etc. 
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day.

We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays or bank holidays.

Delivery Service

All orders are sent using a next working day courier service currently via Royal Mail.

Orders dispatched Tuesday to Friday are expected to arrive the next day, however delivery times are not guaranteed.

Orders dispatched on Fridays may arrive on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, depending on your local delivery service.

Delivery Times & Delays

While we use a next-day service, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Occasionally, parcels may take longer than expected due to factors outside of our control. Refunds or replacements will only be considered where a delivery delay causes the product to arrive outside of its best-before date.

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on eligibility.

Our products have a shelf life of 7 days or more, meaning delayed delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Please ensure you provide a valid mobile phone number at checkout so you can receive tracking updates and delivery notifications from the courier.
